We follow a No Return and No Exchange Policy for all products once sold. Please make sure to review product details, descriptions, and specifications carefully before placing your order.

However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, you may be eligible for a replacement under the following conditions:

• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• A complete, uncut unboxing video must be provided as proof. The video should clearly show:

  • The full unboxing process without any pauses, cuts, or edits.
  • The product defect or damage as received.
• Without a valid unboxing video, we will not be able to process a replacement request.

If your claim is approved after verification, a replacement product will be sent. Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances.
