Final Sale/Non-Returnable for Damage:
Due to the delicate nature and cutting process of fabric, all sales are considered final once the fabric has been cut and shipped.
*Items arriving with damage will *not be eligible for a return or refund unless the exchange criteria outlined below is strictly met.
Exchange Policy for Damaged Goods (Strict Video Requirement):
An item may only be eligible for an exchange (for the same fabric or store credit) if and only if the customer provides a complete, uninterrupted, and uncut video recording of the courier package being opened for the first time.
The video must clearly show:
* The external condition of the package before opening.
* The shipping label details.
* The entire process of opening the package.
* The discovery of the damage, immediately after the fabric is unwrapped.
If this full, uncut video proof is not provided, the claim for damage will be rejected, and no exchange or compensation will be offered.
Time Limit for Claim: Specifies a timeframe (e.g., within 48 hours of delivery) to notify Lovely Emporium of any damage with the video proof.
6. Limitation of Liability
Limits the store's liability to the purchase price of the product.
