Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the fabric is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong material, color, or measurement. We’ll review the issue promptly and do our best to resolve it.
To process any damage or issue claim, you must provide a valid unboxing video clearly showing the condition of the package and fabric at the time of opening.
As our fabrics are cut to order based on your specific length and selection, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Please ensure that you double-check the product details — including fabric type, color, pattern, and measurement — before placing your order.
Refunds are only applicable in cases where a valid claim is approved (damaged, defective, or wrong item received).
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us.
