Returns Policy

We follow a No Return and No Exchange Policy for all products once sold. Please make sure to review product details, descriptions, and specifications carefully before placing your order.

However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, you may be eligible for a replacement under the following conditions:

• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• A complete, uncut unboxing video must be provided as proof. The video should clearly show:
  • The outer packaging before opening.
  • The full unboxing process without any pauses, cuts, or edits.
  • The product defect or damage as received.
• Without a valid unboxing video, we will not be able to process a replacement request.

If your claim is approved after verification, a replacement product will be sent. Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances.

Shipping

We ship orders across India (and to select international locations). Shipping times and charges vary based on destination and courier service availability.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification with tracking details. Most domestic orders are delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are correct at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
